Client: Real Estate & Finance Co. 760RealEstate.com
Project Requirements:
760RealEstate.com, a San Diego based full service real
estate and finance company, was looking to develope a custom
website targeting specifically the southern california
real estate area. The client wanted a real estate section,
finance section, and automated mls search. Another objective
was increasing their natural search engine ranking while
reducing the back-end resources needed to keep their listing
current. The current manual process of uploading new home
information and pictures had to be replaced with a user-friendly
administration tool.
Solution:
Fufilling the client's request, we added the real estate
section, finance section, and automated mls search right
away. However, after considerable research we decided
to add the following sections to the site also: a beach
section, a school section, and a golf section. This
was done to increase local traffic to the site. We modified
the targeted key words to ensure a substantial increase
in quality visitors to the website. To reduce the efforts
needed to keep the real estate posting current, we deployed
a back-end administration tool that allowed any employee
to easily upload their latest home information.
